Wellness
- Mindful minutes tracked with Apple Watch (e.g. breath work or reflection)
- Mindfulness videos such as yoga or guided meditations

- Time spent in daylight tracked with Apple Watch
Exercise
- Active calories tracked with Apple Watch
- Workouts tracked with Apple Watch
