You can earn Creds by completing activities across the four Creds Clock categories: Move, Wellness, Exercise, and Habits. Here's how you can earn in each category:

Move

  • Steps
  • Flights climbed
  • Challenges
  • Move exercise videos on the Earn It app
  • Move articles on the Earn It app

Wellness

  • Mindful minutes tracked with Apple Watch (e.g. breath work or reflection)
  • Mindfulness videos such as yoga or guided meditations
  • Wellness articles on the Earn It app
  • Time spent in daylight tracked with Apple Watch

Exercise

  • Active calories tracked with Apple Watch
  • Workouts tracked with Apple Watch
  • Workout videos on the Earn It app
  • Exercise articles on the Earn It app

Habits

  • Checking in at your office using the Earn It app
  • Habits articles on the Earn It app
  • Habit-forming exercise videos on the Earn It app
  • Bonus Creds for reaching 100% or 120% of your daily goal in one of the four categories
