How much does Earn It cost?

Earn It runs on a pay-for-activity model, which is part of what makes it different. You set a monthly Cred allowance per employee, and you only pay for the Creds your people actually unlock. If a team member doesn’t engage in a given month, you don’t pay for their allowance.
