My app isn’t tracking my activity, what can I do?
If you think you’re missing some valuable activity from your ‘Creds Clock’, click on your profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the app and click on ‘Sync Health Data’. This should pull any missing data from your HealthKit into the app.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please remove Earn It’s access to your Health data in the settings of your iPhone. Open your iPhone settings, navigate to ‘Health’, and click on “Data Access & Devices”. Once this is done, please close the Earn It app, restart it, and reconnect your HealthKit data in the app.
Please also make sure that “Background App Refresh” is turned on in your iOS settings. If this is disabled, it will prevent the Earn It app from syncing HealthKit data. Furthermore, having your iPhone on low power mode, also prevents Apple Health from pushing your activity data to the earn it app. Alternatively, you can open the ‘Health’ app, which will also automatically pull all HealthKit data into the Earn It app.
