What if my phone hasn’t tracked my data?
If you think you’re missing some valuable activity, click on your profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the app and press the ‘Sync Health Data’ button. This should then pull through any missing data. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reconnect Earn It with Apple HealthKit by disconnecting in Earn It, then close down the app and then restart and reconnect. Of course, if this still hasn’t resolved the issue get in touch with our Customer Support team who’ll gladly investigate it further for you.
